My jewellery is handcrafted, meaning each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, size, and texture are natural and add to the charm of handmade items.

Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

I accept payments through secure third-party providers. By placing an order, you confirm that your payment details are valid and that you have the authority to use them.

CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must contact us at info.jewelsisters@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can not be cancelled after production has begun.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be cancelled after purchase is completed.

Custom pieces are designed & made especially for you, based on your specifications. Once an order has been agreed upon, deposit paid and production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled & deposits are strictly non-refundable.

DISCOUNT CODES, SALE ITEMS AND PROMO CODE OFFERS

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases. Discounts are applied before shipping and tax. Unless specified, sale and promotions are valid for a limited time only. Items purchased outside of this timeframe are sold at full price.

Every effort has been made to portray our products as accurately as possible. All images on jewelsisters.com.au are a representation of the product- actual finishes and colours of metals and gemstones may vary depending on your computer screen & variations in natural gemstones. All pieces are hand carved and will bare unique characteristics, while staying true to the style of the piece.

Care Guide

Avoid Contact with Chemicals:

I am not liable for damage caused by improper care or neglect.

Remove your jewellery before using cleaning products, perfumes, lotions, or hairspray, as chemicals can cause tarnishing or damage.

Chlorine and salt is erosive to silver and gold so always take your jewellery off before swimming in the ocean or a pool/spa. Even showering or washing hands in areas with high chlorine tap water content is to be avoided

Shipping

I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit, though I will do my best to assist you in resolving shipping issues. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, customs/import taxes, or import restrictions.

International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Return and Refund Policy

Custom Handmade: Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or changes of mind.

Ready to Ship
Ready To Ship pieces may be returned within 7 days for a credit note or exchange.

To initiate a return please email info.jewelsisters@gmail.com, once we receive your return package in the studio, the piece(s) will be evaluated based on the criteria outlines below, before your return is processed.

Evaluation Criteria
Evaluation criteria includes the following:

Your piece(s) must be in brand new condition with original packaging. If your item shows signs of wear, Jewel Sisters reserves the right to decline your credit note or exchange request.
Piece(s) must be shipped to us within 7 days and we are not liable for return shipping
Jewel Sisters reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests after completing the evaluation process.
