CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must contact us at info.jewelsisters@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can not be cancelled after production has begun.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be cancelled after purchase is completed.
Custom pieces are designed & made especially for you, based on your specifications. Once an order has been agreed upon, deposit paid and production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled & deposits are strictly non-refundable.

All images on jewelsisters.com.au are a representation of the product- actual finishes and colours of metals and gemstones may vary depending on your computer screen & variations in natural gemstones. All pieces are hand carved and will bare unique characteristics, while staying true to the style of the piece.
Avoid Contact with Chemicals:
I am not liable for damage caused by improper care or neglect.
Remove your jewellery before using cleaning products, perfumes, lotions, or hairspray, as chemicals can cause tarnishing or damage.
Chlorine and salt is erosive to silver and gold so always take your jewellery off before swimming in the ocean or a pool/spa. Even showering or washing hands in areas with high chlorine tap water content is to be avoided

I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit, though I will do my best to assist you in resolving shipping issues. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, customs/import taxes, or import restrictions.

Custom Handmade: Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or changes of mind.
